Vinyl/Stone Plastic Composite Flooring

Short for stone plastic composite, SPC is designed to identically replicate traditional flooring materials such as stone, ceramic, or wood, yet provide many more practical benefits as you will see later on in the article. Using realisitc photographics prints along with a clear, vinly top layer, SPC open the door to a wide variety of design concepts.

SPC Flooring is generally comprised of the four following layers in mind

  • Wear Layer – Playing a crucial role in the lifespan of your tiles, this layer uses clear coatings such as aluminum oxide that will keep your floor from rapidly wearing.
  • Vinyl Top Layer – Certain premium types of SPC come manufactured with realistic, 3D visuals that ca be installed to identically resemble stone, ceramic, or wood.wearing.
  • Rigid Core – The core layer is where you get the most bang for your buck. here you will find a high density, yet stable waterproof center that provides rigidity and stability to the plank.
  • Backing Layer – Otherwise know as the flooring’s backbone, this layer provides your planks with added sound installation, as we as being naturally resistant to mold and midew.

Indian SPC Flooring

SPC/Vinyl flooring is a burgeoning industry in India and there are multiple factories proliferating every year! Given the anti-dumping duties imposed on China, India has become a great country of origin diversification option for the Western markets of Europe & North America. The quality of Indian vinyl/SPC flooring is at par with what you see coming out of China.

In product groups, we’d like to believe that we’ve been able to surpass the quality levels coming from of the best factories in China by providing value added products and bringing in avant-garde designs and decors to the marketplace With décor print film manufacturing also coming into India, we don’t need to procure décor print films out of China and that helps in reducing the production lead time considerably.

Locking Mechanism

We believe in providing only certified locking to our customers, so any of the products that we supply will carry a Unilin, Valinge or I4F locking mechanism.

Within these locking systems, we’re able to provide the full gamut of various locking types (click-down, glue down etc..) to meet your needs and requirements.
